Our conference venues are ideal for any time of the year, with luxurious carpeting for the winter months and air conditioning during the summer. Furthermore, they are ideal for any kind of business meeting with versatile venue styles catering to different group sizes.
The venues offer delegates the use of screens, flipcharts as well as data projectors. An added feature that assures you that your meetings can go on with virtually no interruptions is the generator that we have on site, protecting you from any potential power failure. Should you require additional equipment, you can book with us! We will gladly source anything on your behalf, including microphones, overhead projectors and more. A ramp leads from the conference venues while a ground-floor bathroom is available for delegates. These last two points indicate that our conference facilities are suitable for even wheel-chair bound delegates.

There are two conference packages, namely:
Standard package
R 185 per delegate
This includes the venue, equipment, tea and coffee stations, bottled water on tables, meals at mid-morning and mid-afternoon as well as a selection of savoury and sweet platters.
Executive package
R 225 per delegate
This includes the same features as the standard package with the exception of a cooked meal that replaces the platters. Furthermore, executive package delegates who additionally have booked rooms at Lodge on Main receive a 10% discount on their accommodation rates.
The above packages are valid throughout the year but are subject to availability.
